Situated in stunning surroundings, the Hamilton Gardens is a flexible and convenient venue that can be booked for a wide range of events. The rooms in the Pavilion range from a large ballroom with a standing capacity of up to 800 to an intimate lounge with its own secluded patio. This means that the range of events possible runs from large dinners through to conferences, exhibitions, small meetings and workshops. It is also possible to hold events, team building and pre-dinner drinks in one of the themed Gardens.

Hamilton Gardens hirers have the freedom to use the caterer of their choice.

Hamilton Gardens is only five minutes’ drive from the Hamilton CBD and is situated on SH1, making it easy for out-of-town visitors to find their way to and from the venue. It is close to Hamilton airport and there is plenty of parking, both for event guests and for service vehicles.
