DINING IN THE FOREST

Hidden Forest reveals dining excellence
In a city known for its tourism ‘wow’ factor, no experience will impress your VIP guests more than Skyline Rotorua. Famous for its Gondola, Luge and superb dining at award-winning Stratosfare, the Hidden Forest Venue will add an unforgettable dimension to your next conference or special event.

Ride the sweeping bends of Skyline Rotorua’s Tiki Tour luge track to the attraction’s most unique venue, Hidden Forest Venue, surrounded by towering Redwood trees and native birdlife.

Nestled into the forest, discover a purpose-built white marquee with the capacity to cater for up to 220 guests for a welcome event or 180 guests seated. The native grove entrance, created by newly planted ferns, extends the forest floor into the enclosed space.

Guests are now provided with an immersive dining experience around a centrally located open kitchen created using wood from the surrounding redwood forest.

“Hidden Forest Venue offers its own distinctive setting that is unique from any other venue at Skyline or in Rotorua, as well as the original mode of transport to get there. Of course, guests can get there by chairlift or shuttle if preferred.”

The Tiki tour luge track offers multi-coloured LED lighting to lead the way, adding another element to the experience.
