Capstone Hotel Management are an innovative Hotel Management & Marketing company with over 50 years’ experience and the operational knowledge to manage or represent hotels. We are 100% New Zealand owned and our small team have owned and operated hotels and wider tourism ventures, this first-hand experience and understanding is ingrained in our approach to doing business. Capstone looks after the daily management of hotel operations and strategy and/or manages sales and distribution of the hotel to grow its occupancy.

While traditional hotel management companies focus on brand awareness and reputation, at Capstone we also focus on operations, service standards and profitability offering a more holistic approach to hotel management and representation and resulting in an excellent customer experience for domestic and international guests.
