Catering for up to 500 guests seated & 800 cocktail style, the 6m exposed beam roof within the Museum Hangar, allows easy hanging of specialist lighting and entertainment equipment. Suitable for large scale presentations, product launches, media events, award presentations, conferences, training seminars, office parties & wedding receptions. A range of menu selections are available and Hangar hire includes: 3 Phase Power, moveable stage (9m x 6m), 100+ car parks. With professional experienced staff on hand, talk with us about your next event.

The Briefing Room is equipped with a 10 seat boardroom table & comfortable swivel chairs.

The Rotary Room, a 43m2 room fully equipped meeting room located upstairs in the main Classic Flyers building. The room’s stylish décor features local Rotary (helicopter) displays. Corner windows provide a view to our aviation museum hangar. A stylish 16 seat boardroom table in 4 segments allows for reconfiguration to alternate seating styles using the comfortable mesh back swivel chairs.

The Armoury Room, a 69m2 boardroom has an extensive display of books & artifacts. Large picture windows look out over the main hanger with fantastic views of the planes - adding to the atmosphere and ambiance of the event. The Armoury Room may be configured to any seating layout required for your event. Companies may host meetings, conferences, and presentations.

The Boeing Room, a 100m2 multi-purpose function room located upstairs. Large picture windows and doors open out onto a wrap-a-round balcony overlooking the museum aircraft. The room features a fully licensed bar and a built-in dance floor with an alcove for a band or DJ. The room may be configured to any seating layout required for your event. Ideal for meetings, conferences, presentations & training sessions.
