Across all three venues the Whanganui Venues and Events team provide a friendly, flexible and dedicated service. The team are able to assist with all aspects of your next event including AV equipment, furniture and room setup, event advice and expert support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

AV
Our spaces have a range of built-in and portable AV equipment that can satisfy a range of event requirements, and we also have the technical expertise in-house to manage it. If you need something additional, we have relationships with other suppliers and can source equipment for you if needed.

In addition, we have advanced equipment that can satisfy more complex requirements. This includes:

• Video-wall
• Lighting and sound
• Livestreaming

Furniture
Comfortable and versatile furniture is fundamental to creating successful events, and we can provide a range of options in-house. In addition to the basics - tables and chairs - we can also provide lecterns, flexible staging options, whiteboards and more.

Catering
We do not provide catering in-house, but we allow our clients to self-cater or engage a caterer of their choice. Standard tea & coffee is provided as part of all venue hire, with an option to upgrade to our premium package for a small additional fee if preferred.
