Gibbston Valley, one of Central Otago’s founding wineries, offers the ultimate in relaxed luxury, fine wine, gastronomic food and 5-star service. We are a scenic short drive from Queenstown airport, nestled amongst the vines where it feels like you are truly away from it all.

A range of dining options are available. Executive Chef, Anthony Gradiska prides himself on showcasing fresh, seasonal cuisine that tastes as stunning as it looks on the plate. Expertly designed to pair with our wines, you can be sure of a dining experience that celebrates the flavours that Central Otago is famous for.

Opened in late 2019, our Lodge & Spa, features a number of fantastic lounge and dining venues. With its high ceilings, bar and fireplace, the lodge won’t fail to impress. Adjoining the main room is our light-filled Conservatory, while downstairs, the Tasting Room and Cellar lends itself beautifully to wine tastings and intimate dinners. There is also a media room, which is ideal for film screenings and presentations.

Accommodation will be available in our 24 luxury villas that look out onto working vineyards. We offer your guests a number of personalised experiences, from wine tastings and spa treatments, to exploring the thousand-acre Gibbston Valley Station and Kawarau River on bike or by foot.
