As an independent team of conference and incentive experts, we can provide you with information on travel, venues, accommodation, activities, PCOs, Destination Management Organisations and information on how to incorporate regenerative business practices into your programmes. The QCB team is here to help facilitate your conference, business event, or incentive group, and can aid in planning how to make the very most of your time in our stunning Queenstown region. We represent all suppliers in Queenstown, so clients are given all the options available that fit the brief.

Impartial Information
The Bureau provides impartial advice and information about Queenstown accommodation, venues, activities, professional conference organisers and destination management companies that can help you deliver an outstanding event. We also help facilitate site inspections, provide supporting marketing material and CSR options, help with bid documentation, and host familiarisation trips to provide a comprehensive overview of the stunning Queenstown region. Itineraries can be tailored to suit your conference requirements and to maximise your time spent in Queenstown. The team will help you find the best venue for your event and create a proposal to meet your needs - we love nothing more than to see your vision come to fruition.

Famils & Site Inspections are a great way to immerse yourself in the destination and gain confidence to deliver your event in our region. As an event planner, there is no better way to grow confidence in a destination's venues, accommodation, and activities than by experiencing them firsthand.

The QCB team offers both Site Inspection support and famil programmes as part of our free services to showcase Queenstown and to create direct connection between event planners and our C&I Queenstown suppliers.
