Day registrations are for the Conference only and do not include access to the social events.
Day registrants may purchase tickets for the social events at an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled prior to Monday 28 August 2023 will incur a $200 + GST cancellation fee.
Registrations and additional social function tickets cancelled from Monday 28 August 2023 will be non-refundable.
Transfer of Registrations
Please note that registrations can be transferred within your company. If you wish to transfer your registration, please contact the BEIA team.

Terms and Conditions
• Accommodation will be a chateau or Superior Studio room for the nights of Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th September 2023 and is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Additional nights can be added on at the recipients own expense based on the standard rates as advised by Chateau Marlborough.
• Breakfast is included for one guest.
• Any other expenses incurred are payable by the recipient.
• The recipient must be a registered delegate of the conference to utilise the prize. Cancelling or transferring your BEIA Conference 2023 registration forfeits your right to utilise the prize accommodation.
• BEIA’s draw of the Winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
