Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie offers a unique conference venue ideally located only 10 minutes drive from the Auckland CBD and 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is adjacent to Ellerslie Racecourse and Ellerslie Event Centre, in close proximity to the ASB Showgrounds and Expo Centre and within easy access to the Greenlane interchange (motorway on/off ramp).

Novotel & Ibis Auckland Ellerslie offers a choice of 247 modern guest rooms (Ibis 100, Novotel 147), equipped with work desk, broadband internet, minibar and individually controlled air-conditioning. Hotel facilities include a gymnasium, on-site car parking and Acacia Restaurant and Garden Bar leading to an outdoor courtyard with landscaped gardens, life size chess set and petanque court.

Choose from seven dedicated meeting, conference and function rooms with capacity for up to 400 delegates. The Rimu rooms are the most popular and versatile function rooms with the ability to break down into three separate and private conference rooms, to suit your specific requirements.

Rimu One opens to our outdoor courtyard, providing natural daylight and a unique breakout area for your delegates. Perfect for a BBQ lunch or dinner or end of day cocktails. All Rimu rooms are located adjacent to a pre-function area, ideal for meeting your delegates on arrival and for breakouts and catering. There is also offered space for any signage and trade displays and limited vehicles and/or machinery can also be displayed.

The Kauri Rooms offer small, additional rooms for your meeting or conference as well as a main meeting space should you wish.

In addition to the Rimu and Kauri Rooms, we also offer our Executive Boardroom. This specialised room seats 12 people, is individually air-conditioned and an in-room screen is available for presentations.
