Whether your event is large or small, our event coordinators are here to make it easy for you. Every event is assigned a dedicated event coordinator who is driven to deliver. Our experienced team know our venues inside out and will ensure the seamless delivery of your event.

With a dedicated in-house technical services team, they are experts in their field and will work with you to turn your technical vision into reality.
We have all seen the agony and embarrassment of presenters struggling with unfamiliar technology, let the Auckland Conventions Venues & Events' Technical Services team take the pain away and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Food & Beverage
Auckland Conventions works with a select group of leading accredited caterers that have proven experience in delivering food & beverage that would that will please even the most discerning palate.

Security
A safe and secure event is the highest priority for our security services team. With electronic door access systems, a 24-hour security patrol presence and camera monitoring, you can rest assured your event is in safe hands.

Accommodation
There are over 6000 hotel rooms in Auckland and our team are happy to source preferential hotel rates on your behalf. We have existing preferential rates with Heritage Auckland, Grand Millennium, and Four Points by Sheraton.
