Pohutakawa
A combination of Maraetai and Omana, this space offers huge potential for any conference or event, requiring space for up to 250 delegates. High
ceilings add character while a stunning breakout space with floor-to-ceiling windows welcomes in natural light and stunning vistas out to the Rangitoto and the Hauraki Gulf.

Motukaraka Island
Our “hero” event space, located on the ground floor and offering an abundance of natural light with striking floor-to-ceiling windows will ensure your delegates feel energized, refreshed and ready to refocus and reconnect. Replete with air conditioning, Motukaraka Island features doors that open up to a spacious paved area overlooking the 18-hole championship golf course. An ideal space for a breakout area, casual dining options, or drinks and canapes after the event.

Rangitoto
This stunning second-floor conference space boasts light-filled glass skylights, air conditioning and large windows, providing uninterrupted views over to Rangitoto Island. A cosy, private boardroom is also attached to the conference room, providing space for additional meetings or a breakout room.

Maraetai
The Māori translation of Maraetai is “meeting place by the sea”, which suits this space perfectly. Large doors can be closed for a more intimate, moody ambience or left open to usher in natural light and stunning views of Rangitoto Island and the Hauraki Gulf thanks to striking floor-to-ceiling windows in the pre-function space.

Omana
The highly flexible Omana space easily caters to your needs with large doors that can be closed to provide a more intimate, moody ambience or opened wide to allow a flood of natural light and breathtaking views to enter the room thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in the pre-function breakout space.
